Get ready to show your team spirit! On Friday, November 7, 2025, Southern Oregon Spine & Rehab will be joining fans across the country to celebrate National Football Jersey Day — also known as Jersey Friday.
This fun day, founded by the NFL Players Association, brings football fans together by encouraging everyone to wear their favorite team’s jersey — whether it’s from the pros, college, or your hometown heroes!

Wear your favorite football jersey to work on Friday, November 7.
Snap a photo and share your team pride on social media using #JerseyFriday.
Cheer on your team and enjoy the camaraderie of the day!
